Shelves are glued and doweled for extra strength. Corners are rounded for safety, and surfaces are finished with a tough, scratch-resistant, easy to clean, UV finish.

Unit is constructed from strong, 1,5 cm thick, 11-ply birch veneer panels. Non-warping, 0,5 cm thick woodgrain backs are recessed into side.
